No surprises, this is our most FAQ! Breastmilk jewelry is jewelry made by using processed breastmilk (or substitute). This technique involves using your processed breastmilk, high quality resin, molds, and jewelry settings that you have chosen. These can include rings, pendants, earrings, and more! We are constantly creating and adding new inventory and always up to creating custom pieces for our customers.

Once your order is placed, you'll be sent specific shipment instructions to your email associated with your order. It's important that your order info be as accurate as possible! Shipping may seem intimidating at first, but we receive lots (and we mean LOTS) of breastmilk packages and it rarely ever goes wrong! For each jewelry item, we will need roughly 2 mL of breastmilk (you're welcome to send more). This should be bagged in a breastmilk storage bag, thawed, and then labeled with your name and order number. We recommend USPS shipping for all breastmilk shipments.

We need roughly 2 mL. of breastmilk per jewelry item! Your milk can be old and expired as long as it has not been contaminated by an outside source or have mold in it.

We can currently add hair, umbilical cord, ashes, dried placenta pieces, and additions such as colored opal flakes to your breastmilk jewelry. See our Inclusions page for more info on this.

YES! Just shoot us a message when placing your order that you would like to customize by adding an additional breastmilk sample. We do this for free of charge.

We can use white resin to simulate your breastmilk. It's the MEANING behind your jewelry and what it means to you that truly makes it special!

Most of our products are made with high quality materials. Most settings are Solid 925 Sterling Silver. The Rose Gold and Yellow Gold items are plated over Sterling Silver (this means a thin coating is applied over the metal). Our resin is high quality and non-yellowing.

A special card is sent with each jewelry item explaining the do's and don'ts of handling your new jewelry! To give an overview, we suggest that you keep your jewelry as dry as possible. Take off your pieces when handwashing, washing dishes/laundry, swimming, or inside saunas. This is especially important when having a jewelry item that is yellow or rose-gold plated. Use caution when wearing your jewelry and doing activities that involve lifting heavy items or activities that may rub the outside of your jewelry settings. Your breastmilk gemstone is created using a trusted process that delivers a durable piece, but this can be scratched against an abrasive or sharp surface. Do not work out with your rings. A sturdy jewelry box is included with each order to help protect your precious jewelry!
