  • RETURN POLICY

    Because this is a personalized product, we do not offer returns on our jewelry, however if you have any problems with your product please contact us so we can attempt to resolve your issue!

  • WARRANTY

    We warranty our products for 30 days. During this time, if your stone falls out or other stones become missing please contact us so we can recreate your piece. Because of normal wear and tear, we cannot offer a warranty beyond this 30-day period.

  • SPECIAL NOTE

    Because human errors occur, please take special consideration when sending in breastmilk that may be of your last supply. We do not anticipate losing ANY orders, but because mistakes happen beyond our control this is something to consider.

  • CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    šŸ¤Keep your breastmilk jewelry away from direct sunlight and high temperature settings.

    šŸ¤Do not expose your breastmilk jewelry to perfumes, lotions, or oils, cleaning products, etc..

    šŸ¤Take care and use caution when doing activities such as working out, moving heavy objects, etc.. when wearing your jewelry

  • SHIPPING YOUR BREASTMILK

    We need approx. 1.5 mL. Of breastmilk to create MOST breastmilk jewelry pieces.

    šŸ¤Breastmilk can be shipped using a small box or padded envelope with your milk stored in a breastmilk storage bag INSIDE a storage freezer ziplock bag.

    šŸ¤Shipping recommended is USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-3 business days. USPS Priority Mail also has a free package pickup service at your home.

    šŸ¤Breastmilk should be shipped thawed. This will not affect the look or durability of your jewelry piece
